Our Mission
Our mission is to increase and improve access and satisfaction with health care and other public services for Limited English Proficiency customers in Central Ohio.
Our collaborative provides qualified and trained interpreters in the field of medical and social services. Interpreter standards, policies, and a uniform code of ethics have been developed by our group in order to ensure the highest level of quality and uniform service.
As a consumer of our interpreter services, you are entitled to the highest standards and confidentiality for any information disclosed during the interpreter session. Our interperters have all signed agreements to that effect.
Additionally, every time one of our interpreter visits your location, feedback forms are provided so you can have the opportunity to let us know how we can make our service better.
